How this was determined:

We automatically check data transfer amounts numerous times each day. Once a site's total data transfer exceeds the default limit amount, we will temporarily disable your site's ability to serve pages (substituting a special warning page for informational purposes) until such time as the end of your site's current 30-day traffic interval period. This period of time is established when you initially create your account with FreeWebTown.com Community. For example, if you signed up on the 11th of the month, your 30-day period (for data transfer monitoring purposes) will reset itself on the 11th of the following month. You may choose to purchase a one-time 2 GB increment to extend your traffic allowance or else you may wait until the first day of your new 30-day traffic interval when your site will automatically receive another 2 GB transfer allowance.

If you want to wait, do nothing... your site will return to normal at 12:01 on the first day of your new 30-day traffic interval.

If you want to re-enable your site or purchase additional bandwidth (in 1.0 GB increments), please click the "Click Here to Pay" button below to be routed to a secure PayPal purchase page.

Instructions:

Once your purchase funds have been confirmed, you will be provided with a special one-time use 16-digit security code.
Copy and paste this code into the "Re-Activate Your Site" page interface that is accessible via the "Bandwidth Overage" menu option after logging in to http://www.freewebtown.com.
The "Check Your Bandwidth" interface displays your current bandwidth usage as well as your current remaining total data transfer allowance.
The re-activation process takes effect immediately. The system will automatically re-enable your site's ability to serve pages.
The 2 GB additional increments do NOT expire, and will roll-over to your next month's traffic totals if you do not exceed that amount.
We realize some of our users may feel this policy goes against the nature of our free services, but we feel it is justified due to the overwhelming amounts of unauthorized data transfer that previously occurred. Additional bandwidth (data transfer amount) purchased does not expire. Any additional unused amounts are rolled over into your normal data transfer totals for the next and subsequent month(s).

Errors and unforeseen technical issues can be reported and/or appealed to "cs@ts-host.com". Please allow for at least one (1) business day for a response. Make sure you include your site URL, your name, a valid E-mail address, and a detailed explanation of the problem you're having. Me zarpe subiendo canciones y me excedí en el ancho de banda q da la pagina para subir mensualmente....

Consecuenciaa: Los hdp te joden la pagina como una especie de "Multa"

Hay 3 soluciones:

1) Pagar 4 dolares creo... via PayPal.... que si los burocratas de Bux.to no siguieran con las Fuckin' Auditoria... ya lo hubiera pagado :@

2) Ponerse a probar como estupidos.... si es q la yamile no nos mintio cuando nos enseño estadisticas... 10000000000000000 combinaciones posibles...
Para los giles que no entendieron... Cuando pagas via PayPal... te dan un codigo de activacion... este codigo tiene 16 digitos... o sea... se pueden formar 10000000000000000 combinaciones ... SI ES QUE SON SOLO NUMEROS!!!.... si el codigo lleva letras... jaja, no hay chances de q me ponga a multipicar :S

3) Esperar 30 días.... q es lo que vamos a hacer =D

*Podria haber una cuarta opcion... q seria llamarle al germi, y que en un ratito nos averigue cual es el codigo de activacion... pero buee.. el pobre esta con el apendice en una bolsita... (POR EBRIO)
